Marbella Expands Fleet with Five Eco-Friendly Buses

Marbella now has 26 vehicles, the highest amount since the service started. The Marbella town hall has now expanded its fleet with five new buses.

These new buses are less polluting than older versions and far more accessible, according to the Mayor of the town.

She has said they are innovative, safe, eco-friendly, and accessible and that they will enable a saving in polluting emissions of over 241.8 tonnes of CO2 each year.

The buses are equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system for COVID-19 that has active antiviral systems and filters which enable a high rate of air exchange.

They are accessible for people with mobility issues also. The Marbella fleet currently has 26 vehicles, the highest number of buses the town has ever had.
