Villa Cullinan sold on the Costa del Sol

The sale of the exclusive Villa Cullinan property on the La Zagaleta residential estate was brokered today for a whopping 32 million euros on the Costa del Sol.

The mansion boasts an impressive 3,000 square metres of floor area situated on an estate of nearly 14,000 square metres of land.

When it was first built, the ultra-modern Villa Cullinan won the award for the best villa in Spain as well as the best in Europe by the European Property Awards.

The estate draws its name, Cullinan, from the largest gem-quality diamond ever found, whose cut pieces were mounted in the Imperial State Crown of King Edward VII.

The property features ten luxurious bedrooms, including a master suite that occupies an entire wing of the villa’s first floor. Additionally, the new owner can expect to enjoy 14 bathrooms, lush gardens, and much more.

Dubbed the ‘Diamond of Marbella,’ the home’s interior boasts an indoor, heated pool, a spa centre, a gym, a cinema, and two kitchens alongside other amenities and features.

Additionally, the villa features two separate garages – one large one with space for up to 15 cars, and a smaller one that can host four vehicles. The entrance to the villa is bordered by majestic Salvador Dalí statues as well.

Finally, Villa Cullinan’s 20-metre outdoor pool is surrounded by 430 square metres of terrace space with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The sale of Villa Cullinan is a marked success for the sales department of Drumelia Real Estate and Prestige Expo after the challenges of the pandemic. The company owes part of the success of the sale to a unique online marketing campaign on its Youtube channel.
